The olive tree is the ultimate symbol of resilience in the harsh Mediterranean eceosystem, we want to model that resilience in our communites and economies.

We envisage an olive oil industry where the wellbeing of the farmer and the ecosystem is at the center. In our pilot project: the good root’s olive groves, we are working with landowners to transition their groves to regenerative and ecological management. By using simple natural processes, we increase the health of the soil and ecosystem, thus increasing the health and productivive capacity of the trees.
